Seattle Hospital Sues State Over ACA Exchange Marketplace

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 5:03 PM EDT) -- Seattle Children's Hospital on Friday hit Washington state with a suit claiming that the state's new health insurance website doesn't provide enough plans that cover care at the facility, potentially harming families that rely on its services.

The state's new insurance marketplace, Washington Healthplanfinder, doesn't provide adequate coverage, since a majority of the plans don't cover care provided at Seattle's Children's Hospital, the hospital said.
