5th Circ. Affirms Win For Prospect Energy In Contract Row

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 6:16 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit ruled Monday that Dallas Gas Partners LP and its individual owners were jointly liable for damages for violating a 2004 agreement and mutual release barring them from suing Prospect Energy Corp. over a scuttled financing deal for the acquisition of a Texas gas processing plant.
