EPA To Reveal Fuel Efficiency Audit Results

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 6:32 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is poised to reveal the findings of an audit of fuel economy claims made by major automobile manufacturers in the wake of several lawsuits accusing the companies of exaggerating the efficiency of their vehicles, according to reports Thursday.
