Ex-Faruqi Atty Rips Subpoena Ruling In Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 4:30 PM EDT) -- A former Faruqi & Faruqi LLP associate suing the firm for sexual harassment told a New York federal court Monday that a subpoena related to a $15 million Faruqi & Faruqi countersuit shouldn't have been quashed, even though the firm agreed to drop its counterclaims.
