Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 1:25 PM EDT) -- On Sept. 25, 2013, the Jersey City council passed the Paid Sick Time Ordinance, which requires all private sector employers with employees working in Jersey City, N.J., to provide up to five days of sick leave per year.
