Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 6:01 PM EDT) -- Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Sales Inc. sued three former sales employees and their new employer, Globus Medical Inc., in Texas federal court, alleging the workers violated noncompete agreements by soliciting sales from former clients.
