Pa. Court To Rethink Slashing Safeway Unit's $18M Judgment

Law360, Philadelphia (October 8, 2013, 6:01 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court said last Wednesday that it would rehear a dispute over a Safeway Inc. unit’s bid to escape a lease after a July ruling vacated an $18.5 million judgment in the case based on findings that damages needed to be reduced to present value.
