Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 8:17 PM EDT) -- While redoubling its efforts to suspend an order to effectuate same-sex marriage, the state of New Jersey on Monday also asked the state Supreme Court for direct certification, hoping to get the high court’s opinion of the state’s civil union law as quickly as possible.
