Cuomo Says NY Should Reject Con Ed Rate Hike Requests

Andrew Cuomo said Tuesday that New York State utilities regulators should reject Consolidated Edison Co. of New York Inc.'s request for 2014 rate hikes, including a $420 million rise for electric, arguing instead that the utility should find ways to deliver "more value" to Empire State customers.
