Exide To Spend $7.7M To Upgrade Battery Recycling Plant
Law360, Los Angeles (October 8, 2013, 5:38 PM EDT) -- Exide Technologies Inc. will spend more than $7 million over the next two years to upgrade its Vernon, Calif., battery recycling plant as part of an agreement with the California Department of Toxic Substances Control to improve the facility's compliance with environmental standards and reduce emission levels, the company said Monday.
