Calif. Gov. Signs Compounding Pharmacy Oversight Bill

Law360, San Diego (October 8, 2013, 8:49 PM EDT) -- California’s governor approved a bill Friday that aims to step up oversight of both in-state and out-of-state sterile compounding pharmacies, a measure that comes in response to a deadly meningitis outbreak linked to tainted steroids by a Massachusetts compounder last year.
