Developer Seeks Revival Of Morgan Lewis Malpractice Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (October 8, 2013, 4:17 PM EDT) -- A Philadelphia developer urged the Pennsylvania Superior Court on Monday to revive a malpractice suit accusing Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP of giving faulty financing advice for a $112.5 million real estate deal, arguing that a trial judge improperly excluded expert testimony in the case.
