3rd Circ. Says Gov't Seizure Of Lab's Property Lawful

Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 9:56 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Tuesday rejected claims from Blue Marsh Laboratories Inc. and its owner that Pennsylvania environmental officials unlawfully seized their property without due process as part of a criminal investigation into whether the lab falsified water pollution test results.
