Chemical Group Counters Rep. On Support For Law Reform

Law360, New York (October 9, 2013, 4:15 PM EDT) -- A chemical manufacturing trade group Wednesday refuted a suggestion by Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Calif., that it had abandoned key elements of its call to strengthen the nation's chemical safety law, a shift in stance that Waxman said would hurt efforts to reform the legislation.
