$950M Solar Conspiracy Suit Is 'Baseless,' Chinese Co. Says

Law360, New York (October 9, 2013, 5:31 PM EDT) -- Onetime solar panel market leader Energy Conversion Devices Inc.'s $950 million antitrust lawsuit claiming three Chinese companies conspired to dump their inferior solar panels in the U.S. is a "baseless" attempt to blame others for its bankruptcy, one of the defendants said Wednesday.
