Receiver Asks 11th Circ. To Revive BofA Ponzi Suit

Law360, Miami (October 10, 2013, 7:12 PM EDT) -- The receiver for investment companies connected with an alleged $30 million Ponzi scheme urged the Eleventh Circuit on Thursday to reverse a lower court's dismissal of his claims that Bank of America NA aided and abetted the fraud.
