Kinder Morgan To Drop $74M On Eagle Ford Pipeline Extension

Law360, New York (October 10, 2013, 6:23 PM EDT) -- Midstream energy company Kinder Morgan Energy Partners will invest $74 million to extend its crude oil and natural gas condensate pipeline deeper into the Eagle Ford Shale oil field in southern Texas, after reaching a deal with a major producer there, the company said.
