NJ Loses Bid To Stay Same-Sex Marriage, But Swiftly Appeals

Chris Christie’s administration lost a battle against same-sex marriage advocates Thursday after a judge denied its motion to stay an order legalizing same-sex marriage within weeks, but filed an appeal within hours, indicating it doesn’t intend to cede the issue.
