Ex-AIG CEO Fraud Suit Stayed Amid Claims Of Biased Judge

Law360, Los Angeles (October 10, 2013, 9:10 PM EDT) -- A New York state appeals court ordered an interim stay Thursday on pending matters in the state attorney general's suit accusing American International Group Inc.'s former CEO of engineering fraudulent reinsurance deals, this while the court considers claims the judge overseeing the case is biased.
