Nestle Dreyer Wants NLRB Recess Appointment Fight Tossed

Law360, New York (October 11, 2013, 7:38 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit should toss a legal battle between Nestle Dreyer's Ice Cream Co. and the National Labor Relations Board that centered on January 2012 recess appointments to the NLRB, Nestle said Thursday, noting that the appeals court had already ruled the appointments invalid.
