Skechers Says Perry Ellis Ripped Off Shoe Design

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 1:27 PM EDT) -- Skechers USA Inc. launched a suit in California federal court Friday accusing Perry Ellis International Inc. and Shoe Confession LLC of infringing its patented design for the Skechers Go Run shoe, which features a unique pattern of nubs on the sole and periphery of the shoe.
