Couples Fight Christie's Bid For Stay Of NJ Marriage Ruling

Chris Christie doesn't deserve the suspension of a ruling that's poised to legalize same-sex marriage in the state next week because it can't show it has a good chance of upending the decision on appeal, marriage equality plaintiffs said Tuesday.
