Clothing Retailer Settles Managers' FLSA Suit For $2M

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 6:18 PM EDT) -- City Gear LLC agreed Monday to pay $1.9 million to settle accusations that the clothing retailer misclassified its managers and assistant managers as salary-based to avoid paying overtime while continuing to dock pay when employees failed to work 40 hours per week.
