Al Jazeera, AT&T Can't Keep Suit Under Wraps

Law360, Wilmington (October 15, 2013, 9:07 PM EDT) -- A Delaware chancery judge on Monday denied a bid by Al Jazeera America LLC and AT&T Services Inc. to keep details of their contract dispute confidential, ordering the network to file a largely unredacted version of its complaint.
