Student Lenders Overcharged For Guarantee Costs, Suit Says

Law360, Philadelphia (October 15, 2013, 4:47 PM EDT) -- A group of lenders were slapped with a putative class action in Pennsylvania state court on Friday claiming they breached their contracts with thousands of student loan holders across the U.S. by charging fees far above and beyond the costs incurred guaranteeing the loans.
