High Court Again Urged To Weigh ACA Contraception Mandate

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 4:46 PM EDT) -- A Michigan auto parts maker on Tuesday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse a Sixth Circuit finding that for-profit companies can’t cite religious freedoms to duck the Affordable Care Act’s contraception mandate, upping the pressure on the justices to settle the hotly contested question.
