NYPD Union Sues City Council Over Anti-Profiling Law

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 7:04 PM EDT) -- The New York City Police Department’s largest union filed suit Tuesday in state Supreme Court against the New York City Council to challenge a law it passed in June that makes it easier to sue over bias-based profiling.
