Federal-Mogul Parties Dispute 2nd Circuit Application

Law360, New York (February 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Asbestos plaintiffs and insurance companies in Federal-Mogul Global Inc.'s bankruptcy case are clashing over whether a recent appellate court decision should prompt the rejection of an asbestos settlement plan.
