Law360, New York (February 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a blow to Whirlpool Corp., a federal judge has shot down the company's bid to dismiss most of the claims against it in a product liability suit alleging that certain refrigerator models had faulty temperature controls that caused food to spoil.
