MF Global Execs Say Trustee Can't Sue If Customers Get Paid

Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 6:52 PM EDT) -- Former MF Global Inc. executives, including former CEO Jon Corzine, on Wednesday argued that if customers who lost $1.6 billion are to be repaid in full, they cannot transfer any claims against the executives to a trustee overseeing the liquidation.
