BriovaRx Claims Ex-Salesman Stole Data, Trade Secrets

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 5:39 PM EDT) -- A former employee of specialty pharmacy BriovaRx LLC stole trade secrets and confidential health information from the company before joining a top competitor, BriovaRx claimed in a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Texas federal court.

BriovaRx alleges that former oncology salesman Jerry Savedra downloaded the company’s private information and confidential patient health information from his company-issued laptop and iPad in the weeks before leaving BriovaRx for a job with rival specialty pharmacy company TNH Pharmacy II.
