Donziger Used Bogus Report To Batter Chevron, Witness Says

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A former environmental consultant for Steven Donziger accused the attorney on Thursday of engineering a “wildly inaccurate” cost estimate to bolster his fight against Chevron Corp. in the third day of an acrimonious New York racketeering trial over a $19 billion pollution judgment.
