Texas Doctors Lose Bid To Curb Coal Plant Pollution

Law360, Dallas (October 23, 2013, 4:32 PM EDT) -- The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality on Wednesday voted down a request from state doctors’ groups to cut air pollution from three of Energy Future Holdings Inc.'s coal-fired power plants, with commissioners saying science doesn’t support more restrictions.
