Orbitz Wins Fight To Keep Its Hotel Contracts Secret

Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 3:39 PM EDT) -- Indiana's tax court on Wednesday granted travel company Orbitz Worldwide Inc.'s motion to not show its Indiana hotel contracts to state regulators accusing the company of underpaying its taxes in 2007, ruling the documents represent trade secrets.
