SC Agency Appeals Ruling Halting Charleston Dock Project

Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 5:13 PM EDT) -- The South Carolina State Ports Authority said Thursday that it will appeal a federal court ruling throwing out a permit for a planned $35 million cruise ship terminal in Charleston because the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers did not complete an adequate environmental review of the project.
