Plains Lobs $100M Suit At Kinder Morgan Unit Over Gas Row

Law360, Houston (October 18, 2013, 5:23 PM EDT) -- A subsidiary of Plains All American Pipeline launched a suit in Texas state court Wednesday, alleging a natural gas plant it built lost more than $100 million in revenue after a Kinder Morgan Inc. unit backed out of a long-term processing deal.
