Former NJ City Pol's Wrongful Termination Suit Revived

Law360, New York (October 21, 2013, 8:46 PM EDT) -- Atlantic City, N.J., and its former mayor are back on the hook for a wrongful termination suit filed by an ex-city councilman and former municipal employee after the state appellate court ruled Monday to revive claims improperly transferred to an administrative body.
