NJ City On The Hook For Severance Contracts

Law360, New York (October 21, 2013, 3:54 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court Monday reversed and remanded a lower court's ruling in favor of plaintiffs in a breach of contract suit over severance pay filed by former city employees against Hoboken, saying the city failed to pay the workers what it had promised.
