Actelion Denied Judgment In Tracleer Antitrust Suit

Law360, Chicago (October 21, 2013, 8:00 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Monday rejected Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd.’s bid for a quick end to its lawsuit claiming antitrust laws don’t require it to supply its Tracleer blood pressure medicine to aid in developing generics, ruling in favor of several generic-drug makers and ordering the case to proceed to discovery.
