SeaWorld Pushes DC Circ. To Overturn Trainer Death Ruling

Law360, Miami (October 21, 2013, 7:57 PM EDT) -- SeaWorld of Florida LLC on Monday urged the D.C. Circuit to reverse an Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission judge's ruling that the theme park exposed employees to unsafe conditions that led to a trainer being drowned by a killer whale.
