Bankrupt Exide Agrees To Extend Injury Claims Deadline

Law360, Wilmington (October 21, 2013, 9:36 PM EDT) -- Exide Technologies Inc. agreed Monday to extend the bar date for pollution-related claims related to its California battery recycling plant as the bankrupt firm's chief executive moved to allay local lawmakers' concerns that the looming deadline threatened to shut out their constituents.
