Motorola, AT&T Say Wireless Antitrust Suit Should Stay Dead

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 5:53 PM EDT) -- Motorola Mobility LLC and AT&T Mobility LLC on Monday urged a federal judge not to revive claims alleging they conspired with Qualcomm Inc. to push smaller wireless carriers out of the market by developing new industry standards, arguing there's no new evidence that warrants reopening the case.
