Appeals Court Revives $3.5M Award Against Oxbow Unit

Law360, Houston (October 22, 2013, 9:05 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court restored a $3.5 million judgment against an Oxbow Corp. unit Tuesday in a dispute over a cogeneration contract, saying a Porter Hedges LLP partner who arbitrated the case had not shown bias against Oxbow’s attorneys at Yetter Coleman LLP.
