Gas Driller Wants Court-Ordered Access To Land For Testing

Law360, Philadelphia (October 22, 2013, 5:31 PM EDT) -- EQT Corp. on Friday asked a Pennsylvania state judge for a preliminary injunction forcing landowners to allow the company to perform preliminary work associated with natural gas drilling, saying that if access is obstructed, the company’s data collection efforts will suffer, thus driving up costs.
