Emblaze Demands Apple Sales, License Docs in Patent Fight

Law360, San Francisco (October 22, 2013, 3:53 PM EDT) -- Emblaze Ltd. urged a California federal judge Tuesday to force Apple Inc. to fork over documents describing U.S. sales for its live-streaming technology as well as patent-licensing strategies, which Emblaze said it needs to determine how much Apple should pay for allegedly infringing its own streaming tech patent.
