Dish's Insurers Still Need Not Defend It In Patent Row

Law360, Los Angeles (October 22, 2013, 8:26 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge once again found that Dish Network Corp. cannot rely on its insurers for defense against patent infringement claims brought by billionaire investor Ronald A. Katz over an automated Dish telephone system, holding on Tuesday that the insurers met their “heavy burden” of proof.
