ARCO $19.5M Deal Approved In Nev. Mine Class Action

Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 3:51 PM EDT) -- A Nevada federal judge on Monday approved a class action settlement worth up to $19.5 million between Yerington, Nev., residents and Atlantic Richfield Co. and BP America Inc. involving groundwater contamination from operations at the former Anaconda copper mine, a Superfund site.
