W.R. Grace Plans $4M Sale Of Contaminated Sites

Law360, New York (February 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Seeking to shed some of its environmental liabilities, troubled industrial giant W.R. Grace & Co. asked a federal bankruptcy court on Friday to let it sell 10 contaminated plots of land for almost $4.4 million.

The company told the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware that it would be able to save money by selling the industrial properties to other parties to clean up.
