Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 4:29 PM EDT) -- A Baltimore police officer claimed she was fired because she got married. The police department agreed. The problem was that the officer married Carlito Cabana, an incarcerated murderer and the “supreme commander” of a prison gang called Dead Man Inc.
