8th Circ. Agrees To Rehear Securitas Age Bias Suit En Banc

Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 5:36 PM EDT) -- The full Eighth Circuit agreed last week to consider whether a 76-year-old's age discrimination suit over his termination from Securitas Security Services USA Inc. was properly dismissed by a Missouri federal judge.
